The restaurant on the ground floor served delicious hot dishes with a great view from there.

I had the double room, it was wonderful and bright. An electronic key card, a work desk and satellite television worked well.

The location was good, with La Llenega nearby, where we could eat. Rooms open to a patio

The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of food to choose from. The staff were friendly and made us feel at home. The location was great, close to a tram stop, which made getting around easy 🚋.

I really find convenient its location in City center.

Where was the freezer in the room ?

beds are comfortable and bathroom is very good. They have parking at the temporary gate. More or less centrally located.

reception is a bit unpleasant, in particular two receptionists. On the first occasion a client came to ask for a different room because of a need of hers and receptionist's response was far from polite and when she left, she started to laugh at the lady's request.. On the second occasion, I left the hotel, I indicated that the whole corridor smelled of tobacco, they told me that they would look at it, when I turned around, she started laughing and whispering with her companion putting on masks (my companion saw it)... You can't smoke in the rooms, there's a flicker of tobacco already in the hall of flip, indicates that not only is there no respect for it, smoke detectors are not working properly... they clean the rooms they use a very strong product and it smells bad, cleaning could be more careful. Careful that they admit pets with all that implies.

The rooms are modern, with a functional design and comfortable double beds.

Room was very basic, when I showered all the water flowed on to the bathroom floor,no main bar facilities after midnight

Location and friendly staff, Room was big enough and clean. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice.

The restaurant was very bright and not comfortable. The food and the staff were good. This could be a nice place to eat with a little more thought.

Not too many free places around to park a car.

The location was central with cafes, pharmacies, shopping and markets within walking distance. The rooms were clean.

Regulating temperature in the room was difficult. The parking garage was a tight fit to drive and park even with few cars parked there.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the value for money was excellent - I couldn't believe how affordable it was. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, especially the receptionist Adelaida. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of a balcony with reasonable good views. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good variety of options to choose from.

No improvements needed - everything was excellent!

The staff was excellent and amiable at all levels. the car park was under the hotel, GREAT service. Automated check-in was a bonus. the property was absolutely fantastic and in a very central location really close to the center of Castellon de la Plana.

The staff were helpful, kind and very informative nothing was any trouble especially with the dog, food was great and we parked right outside
